Part of the same full kitchen remodel — the dated buffet wall rebuilt as a custom built-in: LED floating shelves, fluted-tile backsplash and quartz counter.

Termites had eaten through a wall stud behind the powder-room sink, leaving the framing hollow and the drywall failing. We opened the wall, removed the damaged stud and debris, replaced the framing, then hung, textured, primed, and painted new drywall for a seamless finish you'd never know was repaired.

Cedar trim and OSB sheathing rotted from years of water intrusion and missed maintenance — unsealed seams let rain in. Tore out to studs, replaced the sheathing, installed new HardiePlank, sealed every seam, primed and painted to match.
