Cedar privacy fences, sectional repair, full replacement, gate rebuilds, post replacement. Tear-out and haul-away included. Treated posts, premium cedar pickets, hardware that doesn't bleed.
Almost every home in The Woodlands and Spring has a wooden privacy fence — usually 6 feet tall, cedar or pine pickets, often with HOA-mandated style. They're invisible until they fail, and Houston climate makes them fail predictably: posts rot at ground level, pickets warp from sun and rain, hardware rusts and bleeds stains down the wood, and storms knock down sections.
This service covers everything from small sectional repairs (one or two damaged panels after a storm) to full perimeter fence replacement. We use treated yellow pine posts (rated for ground contact), cedar pickets and rails, cedar rot board at the bottom to keep moisture off the pickets, and stainless or hot-dipped galvanized fasteners that won't rust and stain your fence.
We tear out the old fence and haul it away as part of the project. We dig fresh post holes and set new posts in concrete (not the old rotted holes). We coordinate with your HOA's style requirements — most Woodlands villages have specific picket styles, height, and cap requirements that we know from prior projects.
All add-ons priced transparently in your written estimate before any work begins.
Most fence projects finish in 1–4 days depending on length and HOA approval timing.
