What to Expect When You Reach Out
A clear, low-pressure path from first call to scheduled estimate.
Step 1 — Same-day callback (weekdays)
Call or text by 2 PM Monday through Friday and you'll hear back the same business day. After hours and weekends, we respond by 10 AM the next business day. We don't use a call center — you talk directly to Nick or someone on his immediate team. No transfers, no scripts, no sales close.
Step 2 — On-site estimate visit (typically within a week)
Nick comes to your home, walks the project with you, takes measurements, looks at the existing conditions (plumbing, electrical, framing, anything behind the walls that's relevant), and answers questions. Allow 45–90 minutes depending on scope. We don't bring a sales team or pressure you to sign on the spot — the visit is for understanding the project, not closing.
Step 3 — Written estimate within 48 hours
You receive a detailed line-item PDF estimate within 2 business days of the visit. Not a one-page bullet summary — the actual scope of work broken down by phase (demo, plumbing, electrical, framing, finishes, etc.) with specific material specifications and labor allocations. You can compare this directly to other contractor bids item by item.
Step 4 — Discussion, revision, and signing (when you're ready)
You take time to review. We expect questions and we revise the estimate as scope evolves — that's normal and expected. There's no pressure to commit on a timeline that doesn't work for you. Once the scope and price are agreed, we sign a written contract that protects both parties and schedules the start date.
Response time commitments
Phone or text before 2 PM weekdays: response within 2 hours during business hours.
Phone or text after 2 PM weekdays: response by end of next business day.
Form submission anytime: response within 1 business day.
Email anytime: response within 1 business day.
Saturday inquiries: response by Monday 10 AM at latest, often same-day.

We don't charge a trip fee anywhere in our primary coverage zone, and we keep our project mix tight enough that Nick can be on-site daily during execution — no project manager handoffs, no scheduling juggling across counties.

What to Bring to Your Estimate
You don't need to prepare anything formal — most homeowners aren't sure exactly what they want when we first meet, and that's fine. But a few things speed up the conversation:
- Photos of the problem area — even phone snapshots help us pre-plan the materials we bring
- Inspiration photos from Pinterest, Houzz, or Instagram if you have a specific look in mind
- A rough budget range if you have one — helps us steer you toward options that fit, instead of quoting something that doesn't
- HOA architectural rules if your project is external (fences, pergolas, exterior color changes) — we'll handle the submission either way
