Every photo on this page is from a real Fixup Experts project — not a stock library, not a manufacturer brochure, not a marketing render. Each one was shot on-site by Nick (the owner) either during the build or right after final cleanup, in a homeowner's actual house in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, or the surrounding service areas.
Corners that meet cleanly, no gaps filled with caulk, no shimmed reveals on cabinet faces.
Consistent grout lines, properly-cut edges, square tiles on a level subfloor — look at the corners and transitions.
Proper piers, hurricane ties, hidden fasteners where the spec called for them.
Primed cuts, flashing tape at penetrations, paint that wraps the edges where rot starts.
What you won't see here: composited renders, AI-generated rooms, or photos pulled from a national franchise's media kit. Some other contractor sites use that kind of imagery because they can't generate enough real project documentation. We can — because every project goes through the same owner-managed workflow, and we shoot daily progress photos as standard practice. Want to see more of a specific project? Mention it when you submit your estimate request — we'll bring the full photo set to your on-site visit, including before/during/after shots for projects similar to yours.
