The Bathroom Refresh package is built for exactly this situation. We replace the visible, high-impact items in 5–7 days with a fixed price you know up front. No tile demolition, no plumbing relocations, no waterproofing complexity — just a noticeably better bathroom in a single work week.

Project Timeline

Day-by-Day What Happens

A typical 5–7 days timeline. We give you exact dates after the estimate is signed.

Day 1

Demo and disposal

Existing vanity, faucet, toilet, mirror, lights, and old flooring removed and hauled out same day. Shut-offs replaced if needed.

Day 2

Plumbing prep

Plumber on-site for shut-off and drain prep work. Walls and floors prepped for paint and new flooring.

Day 3

Paint and prime

Walls and ceiling primed (if needed) and painted. Most rooms get 2 coats.

Day 4

Floor install

New LVP flooring installed wall-to-wall with proper expansion gaps. Shoe-base trim cut and installed around perimeter.

Day 5

Vanity, toilet, mirror, lights install

Plumber and electrician on-site (separate halves of the day). All new fixtures installed and tested.

Day 6

Caulking and finish

Caulking around all transitions (tub, vanity, toilet base, floor edges). Touch-up paint where needed.

Day 7

Final walk-through

We walk the project with you, address any punch-list items, take final photos, and you're done.

Common Questions About This Package

What if my bathroom is bigger than average — does the price change?

Yes — the $7,995 starting price covers a typical bathroom up to about 60 sq ft (a standard 5×8 or 6×9 floor plan). Larger bathrooms (master baths 80+ sq ft) typically run $10,000–$13,000 because of more flooring, more wall paint, and often a longer vanity. Final price is in your written estimate.

Can you do this on a tight schedule? My in-laws are coming.

Yes for most cases. The standard 5–7 day timeline assumes we start Monday and finish Friday or Saturday. If you need faster, we can sometimes compress to 4 days by running plumber and electrician on the same day. Tell us your deadline at the estimate visit.

Do I have to choose from your standard vanity options or can I bring my own?

You can bring your own. We offer 3 standard vanity options at the package price; if you want a specific vanity from Wayfair, Costco, or a designer brand, we'll install yours and adjust the package price accordingly (usually $200–$800 less in materials, but you handle ordering and any defects/returns).

My bathroom has wallpaper. Does removing it cost extra?

Yes — wallpaper removal is an add-on, typically $400–$900 depending on how many layers and how the original install was done. We assess this at the estimate visit. If wallpaper comes off cleanly and walls are smooth underneath, removal is on the lower end.

Do you handle the toilet replacement or do I need a separate plumber?

We handle the toilet replacement — it's included in the package. New toilet (comfort-height, white, your choice of Kohler or American Standard standard models) plus install plus disposal of old toilet. Plumber is on our team that day.

Will I be able to use the bathroom during the project?

Not the bathroom we're working on — it's fully out of service for 5–7 days. Most clients use a guest bathroom or the master bath if we're working on the guest. We protect the path between work zone and any bathrooms you'll continue using.
