Services
Fixup Experts LLC provides custom carpentry, wood rot repair, cedar fence and gate construction, pergolas, patio covers, built-in shelving, and related wood work services in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding Texas areas.
Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and scope changes agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept major payment methods as discussed at the time of contract. Late payments may be subject to fees.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, weather events, or modifications made by others.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials already purchased or work scheduled.
Liability
Fixup Experts LLC is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not included in the agreed scope of work.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
