Data Deletion Instructions

Fixup Experts LLC respects your right to control your personal information. If you have contacted us — including through Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger — and would like us to delete the information we hold about you, you can request deletion at any time, free of charge.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us at alekseevn@fixupexperts.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Tell us the name, phone number, email, or social media handle you used to contact us, so we can find your records.
- You may also simply send us a message saying "delete my data" on the same channel you originally used to reach us (text, Instagram, or Facebook).
What We Delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete the personal information associated with you from our customer records and messaging tools — including your name, contact details, message history, and any messaging identifiers (such as a page-scoped user ID from Instagram or Facebook) — except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, completed invoices for tax purposes).
Timing
We will process your request and delete your information within 30 days and confirm by reply when it is complete.
